Maintenance/Update Packages

To ensure that your website is working hard for your business, there are various things that need doing on a regular basis to keep customers and Google coming back such as updating content, adding special offers or new products and services. You should also know what parts of your site are working for you and what areas might need a little bit of improvement or tweaking.

f you are too busy to keep your own website up to date, don't worry, Spring2 Media offers Maintenance Packages to enable you to keep our site up to date for a small monthly fee.

Even if we did not build your site, we are happy to maintain it and make suggested improvement to maximise performance.

Maintenance/Update Packages

We offer three Maintenance Packages as outlined below. If you require specific support for a project, we are happy to quote on a tailor made package for your business. If you don't use your allocated update time each month, the time can be carried over and put towards either a major update or even a new site!

 

Package one – The Basics £40 per month

Ideal for small businesses to keep your website fresh and appealing to customers.

  • Mobile telephone support Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 8.30 pm – response within hour and a half.

  • One hours update/support time to add new images and text

  • Quarterly visitor stats analysis and recommended actions. (level of info may vary depending on your hosting provider)

 

Package Two – Business Package £90 per month


Ideal for online shops to ensure your website is performing to it's full capacity

  • Mobile telephone support Monday to Sat 8.30 am to 8.30 pm – response within one hour.
  • One and a half hours maintenance time to add new images and text or provide training
  • Monthly site health check: we ensure all interactive elements are running, e.g. shopping cart, check for missing/poor quality images and broken links.
  • Quarterly visitor stats analysis with recommended actions. (level of info may vary depending on your hosting provider)

 

Package Three – Business Plus £150 per month

Ideal for companies where your website is essential to the running of your business.

  • Mobile telephone support Monday to Sat 8.30am to 8.30pm – Sunday 9am – 5pm - response within one hour.
  • Two and a half hours support time for updates such as adding new images and text or to provide training.
  • Monthly site health check, all interactive elements are running, e.g. shopping cart, check for missing/poor quality images and broken links.
  • Monthly visitor stats analysis with recommended actions. (level of info may vary depending on your hosting provider)
  • On site email support.
